This webinar is a foundational educational experience for Allied Health Professionals acting as coaches and mentors in clinical practice. LEARNER OUTCOMES
Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:  

1. Identify the four phases of the comprehensive mentoring process
2. Describe three mentoring strategies to build a successful mentoring relationship
3. Define three key principles of Master Adaptive Learning (MAL) framework for use in mentoring relationships
4. Identify specific behaviors that foster master adaptive learning in a successful mentor-mentee relationship
