Victoria Distillers' Empress 1908 Gin delivers a multi-sensory experience through its extraordinary copper-pot distilled recipe featuring eight carefully selected botanicals, including the remarkable butterfly pea blossom discovered in proprietary tea blends served at British Columbia's iconic Empress Hotel. The natural indigo hue transforms magically to lavender, pink, or fuchsia when mixed with citrus or tonic, creating visually stunning cocktails without artificial colors or stabilizers. Beyond its Instagram-worthy appearance, this premium gin offers an exquisitely balanced flavor profile where the blossom's earthy notes harmonize with traditional juniper and citrus, while contributing a silky mouthfeel that elevates classic cocktails to extraordinary heights. Store in a cool, dark place and enjoy within a year to experience the full brilliance of this naturally colored spirit that invites you to reimagine what gin can be.
