BD's roots, however, actually date back to 1972, when Valley Fuel Injection, Ltd. first opened its doors. Today, Valley Fuel Injection and BD Diesel Performance are one, with eight specialty divisions that focus on diesel power train components: Fuel Injection Calibration Department, Exhaust Brake Manufacturing, Electronic Circuit Design and Assembly, Transmission and Torque Converter Design and Remanufacturing, Turbocharger Design, Installation and Research and Development. Good Enough
This doesn't fit precisely into place. You can see in the photo that the pleats just end with no frame on the sides to seal to the body of the housing. You can wiggle the end pleat into place but there's nothing holding it there so I don't know how long it will stay there. Not a big deal for me, but if you live on a dirt road, there could be enough air bypassing the filter that you may get a dusty car sooner. Price was fine, but I won't buy this filter again.
