In celebration of Scott Brash’s historic Grand Slam of Showjumping, Veredus created this special edition of their renowned Carbon Gel Vento Fetlock Boots.

Finished in classic black with elegant gold detailing, the design honours both high performance and the brand’s partnership with one of showjumping’s all-time greats.

These fetlock boots feature all the advanced technology of the original Carbon Gel Vento model, including Veredus’s signature double ventilation system, which keeps the horse’s legs cool and in top condition during training and competition.

The unique layered construction includes a soft two-way stretch fabric lining for comfort, a middle layer of AEROX micro-perforated neoprene to allow heat to escape, and an outer layer of 3D mesh ducted fabric to channel airflow upward. As the horse moves, fresh air enters through the lower air inlets, pushing heat out through the top extractor flue. This creates a continuous flow of air, both horizontally from the leg outward and vertically from bottom to top - a breakthrough in equine legwear technology.

The boot’s anatomical shape ensures a close, comfortable fit that stays securely in place.

For added protection, a carbon support insert and gel pad cushion the fetlock area, offering excellent shock absorption in one of the most impact-prone areas during jumping.

Practical and rider-friendly, the quick-close elastic straps are easily adjustable for a custom fit and can be fastened or released quickly, even with one hand. The durable elastomers maintain tension over time and resist changes in elasticity when wet. Flextan tips and stainless steel clasps add to the reliability of the fastening system, while the narrowed closure holes ensure the boots stay securely in place, reducing the risk of accidental unfastening during use.
