Description:
Bring the effortless charm of Parisian cafés into your home with these rattan-frame dining chairs and stools. Inspired by the iconic seating found on the terraces of Paris, each piece is reimagined with a unique twist: hand-woven in the distinctive Kubu weave. This technique, using natural Kubu rattan sourced from the lush forests of Indonesia, creates a look that’s both familiar and refreshingly original.
Kubu rattan is celebrated not only for its strength and resilience but also for its beautifully varied tones — from soft beige and rich browns to moody greys — giving each chair its own organic character. A clear topcoat enhances and preserves these natural hues while offering protection from everyday spills and wear.
Thoughtfully crafted with sustainability in mind, these chairs and stools are made using fast-growing, renewable Kubu rattan, harvested with traditional, low-impact methods that support local communities and protect native ecosystems. By choosing these pieces, you’re embracing timeless design, expert craftsmanship, and a more sustainable way of living.
