This phone conversation will be with Dustin. You should have your computer booted up and re-check all the connections before this visit as you are charged PER 15-minute time slot. The more prepared you are, the quicker we may be able to come to a solution.
Should Dustin NOT be able to correct the issue, we may require you to ship the system back to us for repairs. There will be a fee for this and we will inform you regarding needed repairs.
