The U-Bolt base will accommodate rails from 12.7-32mm (0.50" to 1.25") in diameter. The base includes black cover caps to be placed over the exposed ends of the u-bolt. The included composite rail adapter can narrow the rail to a minimum width of 0.5".


The mount is designed with a RAM 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that allows for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angle


The cradle is the spring-loaded RAM® Quick-Grip™ holder which provides a secure fit for a variety of smartphones and other devices. For Phablets a larger version is available. Featuring adjustable side supports that provide a secure fit for a variety of large phones and other devices the -PD3U allows you to easily insert and remove your phone with one hand.


The adjustable side keepers ensure that devices like GPS units and Bluetooth speakers within the listed compatible dimensions will also fit in the holder.
