The From Scratch Twelve Muffin Tray in the twelve-cup format from Orsina is your reliable partner for high-rise muffins, golden cupcakes and savoury bites for brunch. Finished in a refined champagne gold tone, this baking essential pairs eye-catching style with professional performance so batters lift evenly and release cleanly.
Consistent bakes with minimal effort
Crafted from tough carbon steel known for excellent heat retention and quick cooling, the tray supports steady baking from centre to rim. A Xylan non-stick film helps each muffin come away with a smooth edge, reducing breakage and simplifying cleanup. The lightweight yet sturdy build feels comfortable to carry, and curved ends with embossed lettering add an elegant finishing touch on your countertop.
Perfect for sweet and savoury creativity
Portion control is effortless across twelve wells, making it simple to bake mixed flavours in a single batch. Move from fruit-filled breakfast muffins to mini quiches, frittata cups and bite-sized cheesecakes without changing tools. The gold finish coordinates with other From Scratch pieces for a cohesive collection that looks as good as it performs.
