Introducing Mirror Nation by Don Mee Choi, the concluding masterpiece of the KOR-US trilogy, this brand new trade paperback is a profound exploration of memory and history. Published by Wave Books in 2024, this book seamlessly weaves personal narratives with the collective trauma of South Korea's past. Choi's poignant prose, reminiscent of literary giants W. G. Sebald and Walter Benjamin, invites readers to reflect on sorrow and resilience. The story takes readers on an evocative journey that begins with a chance sighting— a spinning Mercedes-Benz ring seen from a Berlin window, invoking memories of Choi's father and the historical significance of the Glienicker Bridge. As the narrative unfolds, the horrors of the Gwangju Uprising from May 1980 come alive, illustrated through a mosaic of photographs, news footage, and cultural relics, culminating in a moving testament to grief and loss. Mirror Nation is more than just a collection of poetic reflections; it serves as a timeless reminder of how spaces can harbor the weight of history. For those seeking literature that tackles colonial and neocolonial themes with grace and emotion, this book is an essential addition. Discover the magnetic field of memory and broaden your understanding of South Korea's tumultuous past with Mirror Nation, a literary gem that resonates deeply with contemporary society. This is a must-read for fans of modern poetry and historical narratives.Shipping Notes

Husband loves it!
Color: Dark Gray, Size: Large
Husband loves it so much we purchased a few different colors. No shrinking while washing, true to the size and color, soft yet warm. Great price! For a guy who prefers only hoodies, he now chooses these shirts when we go out for dinner or an event.

Might be great, if the outdoor temperature drops
Looks nice and it fits. But giving you a review of what it feels like, you will have to wait till it gets below 65 degrees.

Great value watch with all the basic functions.
This is a solid watch for the money. I think if you are looking for a training watch that doesn't break the bank, this is a good option. I looked at a ton of options, and I know there are some even cheaper entry level options, but this Ironman was a little bit of a step up in appearance and quality. To me it's worth it to get this over something in that $20 to $30 range. The Ironman was more stylish and less bulky than a lot of those options.
This watch has a nice sized face that makes it easy to see without being so large that it's too much. There are some of these entry level sports/military watches that are just enormous. I'm not a huge guy so this was a much better option. One thing I am really liking is how flexible the strap is. The material has a nice give to it making it a very comfortable watch to wear. I've had some watches in the past where the bands were just too stiff and made the watch very uncomfortable.
It's easy to understand and operate. I didn't even read the manual and had everything figured out after 5 or so minutes.
Unless you are really going to step up and get a GPS smart watch in the $200 and up range, this watch is a great option.
