Horween Leather
Horween leather is minimally treated, preserving many of the natural features of the hide; rather than correcting for blemishes or color variation, the Horween team embraces these imperfections as signs of authenticity and personality.
Made for MagSafe
Built with an integrated array of neodymium magnets, Modern Leather Case guarantees flawless compatibility with MagSafe chargers and accessories.
Rugged Patina
With daily use, your leather gear will buff out marks and scratches into a rich and lustrous patina that is exclusively yours. From day one to 100, your case will weather but not wear out, creating a handsome, rich character unique to you.
Drop Protection
Keep your device safe from unexpected tumbles. Modern Leather Case features a 360° TPE bumper that absorbs shock and protects against drops up to 8 feet.

Will the leather change or scratch over time?
Our Horween leather is minimally treated with natural oils and waxes and is therefore prone to scuffing and marking in the first few months of use. With time, scuffs and marks will buff out into a rich and lustrous patina. If you’re looking for a perfect finish, this is not the case for you. If you’re after an authentic leather patina, this is absolutely the case for you.
How are our cases different from other leather cases?
The Horween leather we use is made in the traditional style dating back to 1905. Most leathers use synthetic chemicals, dyes, and sealants to make a "perfect" surface. After so many synthetic treatments, it is hardly leather at all. We opt for handcrafted, traditionally tanned leather.
