How to use
Use the Wakaizumi Shikki Red Tub to store and serve sushi gari pickled ginger or other small condiments. Place the tub on your dining table and use tongs (sold separately) to easily pick up the ginger through the convenient notch. After use, gently wash the tub by hand with mild soap and water, avoiding soaking or harsh scrubbing to preserve the lacquer finish. Dry thoroughly before storing in a cool, dry place.
