1940年代頃のSTARのビジューブローチ。

オープンワークの石枠に、ガーネットのような深い赤のストーンがセットされた美しく洗練されたデザイン。ゴールドトーンメタルには非常に繊細なテクスチャーが施されており、サテンのような上品な光沢を放っています。

端正なメタルのシェイプと、丸みを帯びた角のないスクエアストーンのフォルムが絶妙にマッチ。静かに主張するような美しさで、時代を超えたエレガンスを感じさせるお品です。

ディープレッドのストーンは透け感があり、着けるお洋服の色によって様々な印象を楽しんでいただけるかと思います。

ストーン表面に微細な傷が見られます。また、メタルに所々小さな打ち傷(写真3枚目)がございます。その他良好なヴィンテージコンディションです。

【STAR(スター)とは】
シカゴを拠点とし、1922年にコスチュームジュエリーの製造を開始。1940年までは"STAR"と刻印していましたが、1940年代のGabrielle Chanelとの裁判以降、社名をStaretに変更。1940年代のVogueの広告は、高品質のクリスタルを使用してルビー、エメラルド、サファイアなどの宝石を模倣したSTARの作品を"Costume Brilliants"と呼びました。また同社は、花や植物をモチーフとしたデザインのジュエリーも多く残しています。1995年に閉業。

Great for 2 cycle, meh for 4 cycle.

This stuff is flat out amazing for 2 cycle small engines, works like advertised. 4 cycle isn't as good, if your engine hasn't ran in years, you'll still have to clean the carb, but it does help some. The 2 cycle oil for one is a lubricant and inhibits varnish buildup (especially a synthetic premium brand), and usually premium oil has a fuel stabilizer in it. Plus if you don't have a float bowl, there's not enough fuel for phase separation. I also use it in my mix for my ultrasonic cleaner when cleaning carbs. Overall a very good product, but understand it's limitations in this modern age of ethanal fuel.
