Furthermore, while spending more money will be essential to fund more submarines, aged-care nurses and infrastructure, money alone will not solve the problems faced by Australia. Decades of declining standards of accountability and transparency, of privatisation, deregulation and tax cuts, combined with a lack of energy in strengthening the positive role of government, have led to apathy among the public and parliamentarians. We have allowed our public institutions to shrink and atrophy, and our creativity to wane in choosing not just which services government should provide but how best to provide them.
There is a clear alternative: follow the lead of the Nordic countries in the provision of great public health, education, housing and infrastructure, and in doing so boost economic productivity and deliver higher standards of living at lower cost.
It is time to jettison the obsession with the ‘unfinished reform agenda’ of the 1990s, to consider the breadth and depth of the new challenges confronting Australia, and to chart a course in which governments take more responsibility for solving the problems that will dominate Australian lives in the years ahead. Been a K&N customer for over 20 years.
I use K&N on all vehicles that I have owned. It has always given extra MPGs and extra HPs. Always easy to install, easy to clean and maintain. if you keep your vehicle as long as I do (my last two vehicles, a 2001 Toyota Sienna lasted 18 years, and 2000 honda civic LX lasted 17 years), this filter pays for itself and more! definitely worth the price. I bought one now for my new Honda Civic EX hatchback which I will also drive until it breaks which could be 2 decades from now - imagine how much I will save on regular air filter purchases and extra mpgs. very well worth the price!

Best Air Filter EVER
I have used these in my cars for years. They improve turbo lag significantly, increase air flow, and just work. What I like best about these, beside the protection they offer the air intake system, is that they truly are a life long product. My last car had one in it for 13 years. With a cleaning every 25K miles as outlines by KN the air filter just continued to work and work.
I recently purchased one for my new Honda CR-V and had it installed at the dealership at 500 miles when I was getting an oil change to flush out the build lube. The mechanic who did the work left me a note that said "great filter, I love these"

Worth it! Love these filters.
I love K & N air filters and always install them in my cars. This eliminated my cars Turbo lag in my 2019 Honda Civic Ex which has a 1.5L Turbo. Acceleration has improved and makes the car louder (I also have dual exhaust) I love how you don't have to change or clean it for 50,000 miles!! I know it's expensive but will last forever! Only issue was it was very difficult to install and a pain but this is more Hondas fault as I could not fully remove the plastic case where this filter goes under the hood even with tools.
