岡山の Re-ACT / リアクト からエルク革を使用したミニウォレットです。当店別注品で以前に展開していたエルクを使い、ジップの引き手のカラーを替えてカスタムしてもらっています。
エルク革とは、「ヘラ鹿」と呼ばれる大きい鹿の革を指します。
エルク革は、主にヨーロッパや北米で森林保護のため狩猟するヘラ鹿の皮を鞣した革素材です。
(北米産のエルク革はムースと呼ばれる事があります。)
野生動物(日本では生息していません。)の革なので、他の動物の革と比べるとキズが非常に多くなりますが、鹿革全般の特徴である滑らかな質感と柔軟性がある革素材です。
出来上がったエルク革の商品は、ふわっとした手触りがカシミアのようです。

Stylish suit and good quality
The material and fitting is very good. I would recommend to size down if you want a perfect fitting suit or if you don't have time to alter. I purchased a 4T and 5T for a 5 year old with longer torso compared to legs. The 4T ended up as a perfect fit with no room to grow whereas for the 5T the pants ran a little long but other pieces were perfect.
