Curriculum:

• Hands-On Practice: Work directly with our master barista, Josh Thomas, as you practice latte art and milk texturing.
• Milk Science: Discover the composition of milk and its impact on texturing.
• Steaming Techniques: Master proper milk steaming and aeration techniques for perfect micro-foam.
• Pouring Mechanics: Learn the art of pouring popular designs like hearts, tulips, and rosettas.
• Tips and Troubleshooting: Receive expert tips to enhance your skills and troubleshoot common issues.

Instructor Qualifications:

Josh Thomas, Buddy Brew Coffee’s master barista, brings 6 years of expertise from behind the bar, having crafted hundreds of thousands of lattes. His passion and skill make him the perfect guide for this enriching class.

Materials Provided:

We supply everything you need for the class, including access to our state-of-the-art Victoria Arduino E1 Prima and Black Eagle Maverick espresso machines. We will also provide milk steaming pitchers and, naturally, the milk itself. Feel free to bring your own milk pitcher if you have a favorite.
