How to Use
Twist and tear off the tip of the capsule. If it is difficult to open, cut off the tip. Squeeze the contents onto a spoon or add to a small amount of food — milk, expressed breast milk, porridge, or soup. It is recommended to mix into food to neutralise the natural DHA oil aroma. Do not squeeze directly into the baby's mouth. 1 capsule per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
