CORSA's (45553-1, 45553D, 455536-1) air intakes fit a wide range of GM full size Truck and SUV platforms featuring GM's L83 5.3L V8 engine. Applications include: 2014-2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra as well as (2015-2020) Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban and GMC Yukon and Yukon XL platforms. CORSA's cold air intake is built to outlast and outperform the competition. Built from rugged crosslink polyetheylene construction the CORSA airbox and air duct are designed to increase engine performance and last a lifetime. The CORSA system outflows the stock system by X% delivering clean cool air to the L83 engine unlocking added horsepower and torque. The systems also features CORSA's patented smoked acrylic air box lid which allows the driver to easily inspect the air filter in between maintenance intervals. The cold air intake is available in 3 unique filter options allowing the driver to match the filter to their driving conditions. Choose CORSA's DryTech or MaxFlow 5 filter for on-road driving conditions or opt for the no maintenance Donaldson PowerCore air filter for off-road or arrid driving conditions. Sized Up, Still great!
My son typically requires a 3x TALL, so I sized up one (4x) but had it gone to a 5x that might have been even better. For reference he is 6 foot tall, 300 lbs, and very broad shouldered (think lineman 🤣) However, the quality and print were so great! He opted for a chain instead of the bowtie because he did a bow tie last year, but that was decent as well. For the price, this is a GREAT buy.
