Tetra Pond MediFin is a multi-purpose remedy designed to treat common ornamental pond fish diseases, including skin parasites, fungi, bacterial infections, and fin rot, while also addressing wounds and external injuries.
Multi-purpose remedy for tackling the most common ornamental pond fish diseases. Treats skin parasites such as Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Costia, Chilodonella or Trichodina, as well as fungi, bacterial skin infections and fin rot. Tetra Pond MediFin also helps to treat wounds and all types of external injuries.
For animal treatment only. Keep this remedy out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use the remedy once the expiry date has passed. Dispose of this product and its packaging at a hazardous or special waste collection point.

Dosage
Shake well before use. Add 50 ml Tetra Pond MediFin for every 1,000 litres of garden pond water and distribute evenly throughout the water.
Instructions for proper use: Do not use UV clarifiers, synthetic resin or activated carbon to filter the water during treatment. The treatment cycle lasts from four to seven days and begins as soon as the one-off dosage is administered on the first day. The remedy takes effect during the days that follow. If possible, use activated carbon to filter the water at the end of each treatment cycle. The filter should not be heavily soiled. We recommend providing an additional form of aeration. A second dosage can be added to the pond once the water has been filtered. At least two consecutive treatment cycles are recommended for ponds that have low water temperature and are infected with white spot disease. The use of the treatment as a preventative measure, particularly after a dormancy period and when adding new fish, is also recommended.
