Crafted with the excellence that defines Fender's Custom Shop creations, the Limited Edition '64 Jazz Bass stands as a testament to an era of extraordinary music and the iconic instruments that facilitated its emergence. This limited edition instrument captures the energy and innovation of the 1960s while incorporating modern advancements, providing players with a unique blend of historical reverence and contemporary playability.

The body of the is constructed from a 2-piece alder, carefully sorted for light weight, offering a balanced tone and resonance that has long characterized the Jazz Bass sound. Its classic '64 J-Bass body shape is cloaked in a striking Journeyman Relic Super Faded Aged Tahitian Coral finish with some dings, nicks, and checking giving the instrument a well-loved, played-in aesthetic.

The neck, constructed from quarter-sawn maple and finished with medium-tint nitrocellulose lacquer with heavy relic treatment on the back of the neck for buttery smooth playability. This pairs beautifully with the AAA rosewood fingerboard that has been sorted for darkness. With a 7.25" radius and 20 medium jumbo (6150) frets, the neck features a comfortable '60 J-Bass "U" profile measuring .790"-.990" from the 1st to the 12th fret, resulting in a fast-playing feel and fluid transition between notes.

The hand-wound vintage J-Bass pickups, located in the neck and bridge, deliver the rich, full-bodied tonality that has made the Jazz Bass a beloved instrument across generations. This model features 64 J-Bass control system—master volume and independent tones—granting precise control over the instrument's sonic characteristics.

Completing the setup, the bass features vintage nickel tuning machines, a bone nut with a width of 1.5", and a P/J Bass bridge, ensuring optimal tuning stability and intonation. The Limited Edition '64 Jazz Bass clocks in at 9lbs 4.1oz and is accompanied by a black FCS J-Bass case, safeguarding this beautiful instrument between sessions.

works exactly as advertised. Tight fit, stable mount that doesn't allow the phone to move or fall out

The best Tesla phone mount
This is a great balance between effective "grabbing of the phone, visibility and a small mount that doesn't get in the way. The whole MagSafe mount sounds great in theory, but depending on the smoothness/slipperiness of the case the phone can bounce out of the mount, which is sub optimal for a variety of reasons. This gives your phone a stable platform while driving, is very durable and is very quick and easy to fit your phone into. It does a good job of attaching to the Tesla display without any messy adhesives and can be easily removed or repositioned without leaving residue. Highly recommended.
