The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 1/2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2.3 in. of 1 1/4 in.-12 right hand threads on the shank, and a 2.440 in. mounting width ball with a .570 in. thru bolt hole. This is very sturdy and great quality. Its quite cheap for what your getting to it’s not cheap thin like plastic it feels thick and you could put a LITTLE weight on it it’s stable and protects your privacy.

if you are going to be moving them a lot, buy something more sturdy.

I use these at our churchc.
They are pretty good, not terribly study and the screw that hold the faabric have pulled out in a couple of places.
But they wqould work especially well if you were not constantly moving them as we do.
They are a bit of a pain to assemble.
