Take your 2022-2025 Hoss 3.0 equipped Bronco to new heights with our Zone 2.25” suspension system. This system fits both 2-door and 4-door models. Your Hoss 3.0 suspension features position sensitive Internal Bypass Shocks (IBP). When making suspension modifications, it is very important to keep shock position in mind to take advantage of these amazing FOX shocks. Being part of the FOX family, Zone Off-road engineers understand this and have added both a top spacer, and a Perch collar to this system which maximizes the lift height for the Hoss 3.0 system without negatively affecting the function of the position sensitive shocks, and levels the stance front to rear. This system also includes the high strength Adventure Series upper control arms. Designed for use on lifted setups these arms allow proper alignment and correct geometry throughout the entire range of motion while improving strength, and great looks. The arms come ready to install right out of the box with rubber bushings and HD ball joints preinstalled. Designed for easy installation right here in the USA, this system also qualifies for our Factory Protection Plus warranty program, allowing you to wheel and modify your vehicle with confidence.

- Designed preload (perch collar) lift amount to have minimal effect on Internal Bypass positions on the Fox HOSS 3.0 in order to maintain vehicle ride and handling performance while improving offroad capability.
- Combined top strut spacer and preload spacer to provide lift designed to maintain ride quality without overextending suspension during down travel.
- Adventure Pro Series upper control arms for improved strength, travel and maintenance-free operation while properly positioning the upper ball joint for alignment.
- Lifts and levels the stance with clearance for oversized wheels and tires.
- Designed for easy installation and manufactured in the USA.
- Includes Factory Protection Plus warranty program.
Notes
- Fits HOSS 3.0 models only
- Rear JKS shock skids do not work
- This kit is designed to lift the front of the vehicle 2.5" and rear 1.25".
- Although 37" x 12.50" will work at ride height, the tires will still contact the front body mount and possibly rear inner fender through wheel travel and steering lock to lock. If running this size tire and using the full suspension travel, these areas must be addressed. See instructions for further tire/wheel fitment detail.
- Will fit Bronco models with a rear sway bar (Option # DZLAB in the build sheet).
- Will NOT fit Bronco Sport models.
- Will NOT fit Raptor Models.
