Catharanthus roseus also known as Sadabahar or Madagascar Periwinkle is a potent Ayurvedic herb that has been used for centuries for its medicinal properties. How to Use & Dosage

  • Start with ½ to 1 teaspoon (approximately 2–5 g) daily with Lukewarm water before meal.

Pineapple isn't even a flavor I usually like, but these taste good. Somehow they're always sweet with no weird aftertaste without having added sugar. Not too sticky, it doesn't leave residue on your fingers, but they do sometimes stick together.
