.308 100gr Lever Gun ESP Raptor - 50ct50ct Enhanced System Projectile designed to be shot as a hollow point or flipped around and shot as a solid for extreme penetration. This specific bullet was designed to be fed in lever action rifles but will also feed in bolt action rifles. Instead of mushrooming, our hollow points are designed so that after 1 2" of penetration, 6 blades break off and radiate outward in a star pattern while the base continues through for even deeper penetration. Instead of mushrooming, our hollow points are designed so that after 1-2" of penetration, 6 blades break off and radiate outward in a star pattern while the base continues through for even deeper penetration. A minimum of 1500fps impact velocity is required for the hollow point to function as intended.
These bullets are not recommended for use in rifles with a twist faster than 1-6".
This versatile bullet comes with 50 Raptor™ tips uninstalled. User has the option to install tips if desired to increase the BC. Tips can be installed with a press, or by using light force on a flat surface.
