Guaranteed protection.
I have gotten many protection plans from asurion over the years and they have always been very prompt in addressing every issue I've had.

A very good experience overall.
The whole process went smoothly and efficiently except for the Repair Dept. spending 3 weeks trying multiple attempts to order parts and repair the computer before determining it was unrepairable. I will use Assurion in the future.

Fast response to my claim
Honestly was shocked how fast they responded to my claim. I was updated constantly by text and email. The whole process was seriously easy and so stress free.. Again, I was super shocked because most of the time you get the run around with no results. I was so pleased with Asurion, I would highly recommend purchasing their warranty coverage because you just never know what might happen to a product.

Well worth the purchase
I have had to use my Asurion protection plans with other purchases and have ALWAYS been impressed with how easy the process is and always satisfied with the outcome. I now take advantage of purchasing these plans for all major purchases that offer it.
