The Double Iglusauna from Iglucraft is a luxurious sauna suite where you can take time for personal wellness, introspection, and relaxation in your own backyard. Handcrafted in Nordic Estonia by skilled artisans and shipped fully assembled to you, the Iglusauna Double is a home sauna sanctuary like no other, with a magical charm and stunning beauty. With comfortable accommodation for 4 to 6 persons, your family and friends can enjoy years of wellbeing and relaxation. 

Iglucraft shares your love of sauna, and they have produced a premium quality 90sf sauna suite masterfully engineered for total bather comfort, complete with a separate lounge/changing room. The silky-smooth aspen benches provide exceptional comfort, and the natural arcing shape allows the heat and steam to circulate naturally throughout the sauna. A separate dressing room/lounge provides room to relax before or after your sauna.

One half of the Double is a sauna room featuring benching for seating up to 6 bathers! The second, equal-sized room is a lounge and dressing room with additional seating for socializing or individual reflection.

Windows on the door and wall allow natural light in, so you can experience an added aspect of nature while you use the sauna. Additionally, the natural ventilation properties allow for an easy, enjoyable sauna session that excludes any discomfort.

Constructed with a beautiful spruce exterior and aspen interior, you get the best of both worlds. Spruce wood allows for strength and durability to withstand the elements, while aspen is splinter-resistant and perfectly smooth for your sauna purposes. Both the exterior and interior are finished with natural sauna wax to ensure longevity.

The exterior and interior are nothing short of a work of art. A wooden door with a large glass window provides natural light and easy access. The black wooden floor provides a dramatic contrast with the light aspen benches, backrests, and footrests. This robustly constructed sauna arrives fully assembled at your home.

Prewired dotless LED lighting elegantly illuminates the interior and accentuates the beauty of the hand-selected wood. Brightness adjustment allows you to create an atmosphere that reflects your mood.

The Iglucraft Double sauna offers two distinct heating options. For a rustic, traditional experience, it includes a wood-fired sauna stove and chimney. Alternatively, for modern convenience, the unit can be equipped with an electric sauna heater and features an electrical compartment for easy installation (electric sauna heater sold separately).

Flat Rate Freight (Flat Bed Truck):

$1,990 flat rate shipping to the contiguous United States. $2,490 for Canada. For this option, the customer is responsible for off-loading with a forklift or crane. Note: On rare occasions, remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify for these rates.

Sauna heater system and accessories will be palletized and boxed for safe arrival. A secondary pallet freight charge will apply.

About This Delivery:

This premium outdoor sauna must be delivered via a specialized or flatbed truck with a scheduled appointment. It is securely packaged on a wooden pallet within a protective wooden frame.

NOTE: Offloading and onsite handling require specialized equipment such as a forklift or crane. The delivery driver’s responsibility is limited to drop-off, offering minimal assistance.

Before shipping, we proactively connect with customers to communicate shipment details and address any special delivery conditions that might impact logistics or incur extra costs. Our priority is to support the smooth completion of your project.

When will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

When will my order ship?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at [email protected].

No shipping outside the lower 48 States in the USA.

What if my shipment is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make a note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to [email protected] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations of customer orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.  These units are custom-made to your specifications or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is unclear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. 

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

Refunds & Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so.  You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns or exchange processes. 

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped.  We order products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer does not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. 

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment or cancel any payment due, and any owing until Seller a) receives the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Seller's discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.  We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelming demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
