The Excalibur 15" Closed Griddle Spatula is perfect for griddle cooking and boasts a large radius corner that works perfectly when grilling in your favorite cast iron skillet.
Because we opted to go with thicker 16ga Stainless Steel your tools will be able to handle anything you throw on the griddle. From savory steak to your favorite veggies you can rest assured that this tool is up to the task.
