Expand the hauling capabilities of your Ford F-150 with the AMP Research Bedxtender HD Sport in a classic silver finish. The signature V-shape design provides a versatile cargo solution, specifically offering the extra clearance required for trucks equipped with certain tonneau cover rails. By flipping the extender out with the tailgate open, you instantly gain 2 feet of enclosed storage for larger gear. When the tailgate is closed, flip it inward to keep your tools, groceries, or smaller equipment organized and securely contained at the rear of the bed.
Features
- V-shape design provides a sleek look and essential clearance for tonneau cover mounting hardware.
- Instantly adds up to 2 feet of enclosed cargo space when the tailgate is lowered.
- Flips inward to act as a convenient bed divider, keeping smaller items from sliding forward.
- Constructed from high-strength, lightweight 6063 T6 aluminum alloy tubes for maximum durability.
- Rugged silver powder-coat finish resists scratches, chips, and corrosion.
- Glass-reinforced nylon composite uprights provide superior vertical strength and impact resistance.
- Quick-release mounting system allows the extender to be removed in seconds for full bed access.
Compatibility Notes
- Compatible with various bed lengths and cab configurations.
- Ideal for use with tonneau covers that have rails protruding into the bed area.
- Can be used with the optional No-Drill Bracket Kit (Part #74602-01A) for a simplified installation.
Notes
- Standard installation may require drilling; the optional no-drill bracket kit is sold separately for specific year ranges.
- Silver finish provides a high-contrast, premium look that complements chrome or silver vehicle accents.
- Designed and manufactured in the USA and backed by a 3-year/36,000-mile limited warranty.
