HOW IT WORKS
Designed to work with your stock Ford Powerstroke, the Truck Particle Separator replaces the entire stock intake box, tube & air filter. Most installs can be completed in less than 2 hours with no drilling required. It uses the stock filter minder, so you can quickly and accurately determine when your filter needs to be serviced. The quick access latches allow the air filter to be changed in less than 60 seconds without needing any tools.
BETTER AIRFLOW MEANS MORE POWER WHEN YOU NEED IT.
The Truck Particle Separator provides more power to your truck by keeping the filter cleaner for a longer period of time. With less dust on your filter, the airflow (restriction) will be significantly better. This translates into more power when you need it.
EFFICIENCY IS THE RATE AT WHICH THE FILTER STOPS DIRT FROM ENTERING THE ENGINE.
The OEM stock filter has an efficiency rate of 99.74% using ISO Coarse Test Dust while the Truck Particle Separator's efficiency is 99.992%, so your engine is properly protected. Take a look at the breakdown below:
