Recommended intake
Adults, 1 capsule 2 times a day after a meal, washed down with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Storage method
Keep out of reach of small children, in a dry, sunny place, at room temperature.

The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Living a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are essential for maintaining good health. Was looking for glacier sunglasses, at a reasonable price, and polarized. I found these and bought 4 pairs, one for each family member, for an upcoming trip. Glass look great! They are lightweight, polarized and have the side shields we needed. But, they are huge! All four must be returned. They don't fit any of us. It's a shame...they are perfect, besides the size. But glacier glasses must fit snugly to the face and these are far, far from our skin.
