Turned 30 and started taking for joint health and heart health. Research says these are a great choice of fish oil supplements. If you hate the fish taste of most fish oil supplements these will be a good choice for you! They taste like lemon oil, not fish.

Excellent Potency and Clean Formula, Just Slightly Large

I’ve been taking fish oil for years for heart and brain health, and the NatureWise Omega-3 is a fantastic option. The 1000mg per serving with a great ratio of 600mg EPA and 400mg DHA is exactly what I look for in a therapeutic dose. I also appreciate the added Vitamin E for maximizing heart health benefits.
The best feature, hands down, is the Lemon Flavor which truly works. I have experienced absolutely zero fishy burps or aftertaste, which is a common dealbreaker with other brands. For the potency and the price point (especially when bought in a larger quantity), the value is superb.
Why Not Five Stars?
The only minor issue is the size of the softgels. They are definitely on the larger side, which can be a bit challenging to swallow every day. If the capsule size were reduced slightly, this would easily be a five-star supplement.
Highly recommend for the clean, potent formula and just a little bit of fish smell but manageable.

A staple to my daily supplements

Fish oil is just soooo important to your system! This one is a “2-fer” as it comes with the Vit E. No fishy taste or burps like some brands. I notice a significant decrease in pain caused by inflammation when taking fish oil.
It’s typical gel capsule of regular size.
If it’s not a part of your supplement routine, I highly recommend adding it- it’s SUPER beneficial for you. Google all the benefits & you’ll realize that if you do not currently have this as part of your supplement routine, you’ll see exactly why you should add it.

OBSESSED!

I have been having such a hard time with my acne flare ups and trying all these new facial routines and face washed did nothing for me. Until I had discover this and it has made my mood and acne so much better! (Very much effective) The pill size is kind of big and you do have to take 2 of them daily. But other than that the ingredients are all natural (which is what I wanted). Definitely affordable and will be purchasing again!!
