Plume Cake StandThe Plume Collection is inspired by the train of the peacock These majestic birds, with their kaleidoscopic plumes, are often represented in the mythology and folk stories of cultures around the world Known as the bird with 100 eyes, the pulchritude of the peacock is often taken as a symbol of renewal, immortality, or the all seeing omniscience of God. The plumes feel infinitely complex, almost surreal, yet somehow still organic and corporal. During monsoon season, in India, peacocks are regular visitors to the gardens outside my home. The plumes never cease to capture my eye, or my soul, feeling at once infinitely complex, yet perfectly natural.”

They serve the purpose
Color: White-4pack
These corner shelves are just what I wanted to hold our modem and router on one and a small lamp on the upper. The little ledge makes me feel confident that the devices won't easily be knocked off accidentally. My husband, a retired contractor, installed them so they are level.
They are made of pressed board with a laminate veneer of some sort. The laminate arrived damaged on one of the shelves, but I wanted to use two of them right away so a dab of paint will cover the damage if it's placed in an inconspicuous spot.
