The BD 10R80 RoadMaster Transmission and Converter Package is a complete performance solution that increases reliability and longevity for stock or slightly modified trucks. This transmission solves common issues found in original equipment manufacturer (OEM) units, including the leaking CDF Drum, by featuring a revised CDF drum with a retaining feature to prevent sleeve failure. A brand new modified valve body is installed to increase line pressure by approximately 30 percent, enhancing clutch holding capability. The package also includes a ProForce torque converter with new friction material and a new Deep Sump Transmission Oil Pan that adds an extra 2 quarts of fluid capacity. The increased fluid capacity helps regulate transmission fluid temperatures and extend fluid service life. With this upgrade, you will not have to worry about long shift delays or flares due to the leaking CDF drum, and the deep sump pan makes fluid flushing easy with a drain plug and an option to attach a temperature sensor.

- A Ford scanner or equivalent is required to update the TCM with the new solenoid code and initiate a relearn.
