Necklace or Bracelet Choice:
Necklace comes with a 16-20 inch adjustable chain.
Bracelets are adjustable from 7 to 8.5 inches.
For both necklace and bracelet, the chain matches the pendant metal in likeness. For instance, 14K pendant comes with 14K chain and Platinum pendant comes with 14K white gold chain.
Front Options: Choose how many personalizations you would like for the front. For example- 1 personalization could be a paw or nose print (a print includes a name in script or block font) or handwriting. 2 personalizations could be 2 paw prints. 3 personalizations could be a nose and paw print plus handwriting. Or choose Text Only option.
Back Options: You may personalize the back with up to 3 personalizations or text.
Top Options: You may personalize with handwriting or text only.
Bottom Options: You may personalize with text only.
Lifetime promise! The print quality is promised for life. If the print quality ever degrades, we will replace the piece free of charge.

Turn around time:
- Sterling Silver: 1 business day until pendant ships from the date we receive your file.
- Solid gold or platinum: additional 4-5 weeks for 14K Solid Gold or Platinum orders.
- Back engraving: additional 1 business day for engraved back
For quick processing of order: Label files with First and Last name of pet being memorialized and indicate front or back if applicable. For example, "BusterSmithFront" or "BusterSmithBack". Make sure files are large- if they are too small, we may request larger (higher resolution files) and your order may be delayed. Complicated orders (several pendants with front and back personalization and many different prints or files) may be delayed if files are not named. A customer note clarifying what is to be on front or back of which pendant could help expedite order.
How do I Collect Paw or Nose prints? A digital photo works best. Zoom in and focus on the paw or nose. Good lighting and sharp focus is essential. Large images work best.
How do I capture handwriting? Take a high resolution digital photo in JPG format of the handwriting. Make sure the writing is crisp and in focus with good lighting for contrast. Large images work best.
