The BD name became recognized in 1989, when the company introduced the first exhaust brake for the burgeoning diesel pick-up truck market. BD's roots, however, actually date back to 1972, when Valley Fuel Injection, Ltd. first opened its doors. Today, Valley Fuel Injection and BD Diesel Performance are one, with eight specialty divisions that focus on diesel power train components: Fuel Injection Calibration Department, Exhaust Brake Manufacturing, Electronic Circuit Design and Assembly, Transmission and Torque Converter Design and Remanufacturing, Turbocharger Design, Installation and Research and Development. works, just not the strongest magnet.
magnet will hold a drill but anything much heavier it will start to slide. have on e on fridge, 2 on safe and on on garage cabinet. fridge and safe hold the least, i guess due to plastic over magnet and coating on the safe and fridge. cabinet does best but still will slide with any significant weight. holds my drills ok however.

Not worth it
These things suck the screw in the middle keeps falling of by just moving the thing from one place to another I already lost two screws that fell apart and with it the magnet. Very dissapointed I wouldn’t waste my money
