On the 2009 - 2024 KTM / Husqvarna Motorcycles / GASGAS 65, it is virtually impossible to make air screw adjustments without taking the carb off the bike. The shock is in the way, and the air screw is located deep in a pocket that cannot be accessed without some disassembly. Air screw adjustments are necessary and needed when the weather changes, and not being able to make a quick adjustment can be very frustrating for the rider and mechanic. Here at Nihilo Concepts, we take pride in developing innovative products that make your riding and wrenching experience more enjoyable, and our newest product does just that. We have redesigned the air screw of the KTM/Husqvarna 65 so it can be adjusted simply by reaching in with the supplied 2.5mm Ball-ended Allen tool. By extending the end of the air screw-up beyond the body of the carburetor and providing a 2.5mm Allen socket in the end, we have solved the problem that so many have struggled with over the years. We included a 2.5mm ball-tipped Allen screwdriver with every air screw kit and machined a small line on the top that can be used to indicate the position when making adjustments. We even included a nice knurled tip and an O ring to seal the pocket from dirt and water. If you have a KTM/Husqvarna/GASGAS 65, you are familiar with the mud and dirt that can clog the air screw and make it impossible to turn.
The Nihilo Concepts Air Screw kit is designed to make adjusting the KTM / Husqvarna / GASGAS 65 air screw on the fly simple. Eliminates removing the carb for air screw adjustment. It comes with a 2.5 mm ball end Allen tool Engraved arrow for easy position indication.
