GET STARTED WITH KNEES OVER TOES TRAINING! - The KOT Squat Wedge, Tib Blaster, and Tiny Tank Weighted Sled are affordable solutions for knees over toes training that builds strength, longevity, and athleticism.

KOT SQUAT WEDGE - The KOT squat wedge is a versatile and affordable alternative to single foot squat wedges or larger slant boards. The KOT Squat Wedge is perfect for knees over toes training from home and is also portable so that it can easily travel with you to and from the gym. While The Tib Factory Slant Board is built to elevate your entire foot, the KOT Squat Wedge only elevates your heels and is extremely portable because of its low profile.

STOP WASTING TIME WITH TWO SEPARATE WEDGES - Unlike smaller individual wedges that are hard to line up for two legged movements, the KOT squat wedge is extra wide to allow for unilateral movements like the knees over toes split squat and bilateral movements like the VMO squat without changing your setup. The KOT squat wedge is portable, lightweight, and durable while also being more versatile and easier to use ease than smaller single foot squat wedges.

SQUAT WEDGE FOR ATHLETES - Many of the cheap squat wedges on the market today are not wide enough or strong enough to support larger athletes and weighted slant board exercises. While bodyweight slant board exercises are a great first step in a knee pain rehabilitation program, knee bulletproofing often requires extra load. The Tib Factory KOT Squat Wedge is built to handle weighted movements like heels elevated barbell squats, and barbell poliquin step-ups. The Tib Factory KOT Squat Wedge is 19.75” wide to accommodate both wide and narrow stance squats and is built on a 24 degrees angle to better target the patellar tendons and VMO.

KOT SQUATS FOR KNEE PAIN - Elevating the heels during squats is a powerful method for healing knee pain while strengthening your patellar tendons and VMO. While it’s always recommended that you seek professional help if you are having pain, slant board and heels elevated squats on a squat wedge have been shown to help fix patellar tendonitis and improve many other knee ailments. Elevating the heels during squats encourage a full range of motion while maintaining a more upright torso to better load the VMO muscle that helps directly support the knee.

360 LB TINY TANK SLED WEIGHT LIMIT - Don’t let the small size fool you, this weighted sled is built like a tank! The combination of portability, price point, and weight capacity is unmatched by any weighted sled on the market today. The max weight limit when using metal plates is 360 lbs. The max weight limit when using rubber bumper plates will range between 180 and 315 lbs depending on the brand of bumper plates (rubber bumper plates are thicker and take up more room on the 14.675" weight pole). The Tiny Tank fits Olympic 2” weight plates (weights not included). Rubber and metal weights can be mixed and matched to achieve your desired weight.

NO TURF AT YOUR GYM? NO PROBLEM! - Many gyms across the country still do not have turf or weighted sleds in the weight room. The Tiny Tank is a perfect portable solution that you can fit in your gym bag to take to the weight room, court, or field. The Tiny Tank is also the perfect low cost addition to your home gym or for training on the road! The Hardwood/Court Model comes equipped with a felt bottom for smooth sailing on basketball courts as well as tile and hardwood auxiliary fitness rooms at the gym. The Grass/Turf Model comes with plastic coated skis for smooth sailing outside on the grass/field as well as artificial turf. The Concrete/Asphalt Model comes with 1/2" thick UHMW cleats for use on driveways, blacktop, roads, garages, and unfinished basements.

WEIGHTED SLED FOR KNEE PAIN - Reverse out knee pain (ROKP) is a concept popularized by Ben Patrick, is great for healing knee pain and increasing athleticism. The Tiny Tank Weighted Sled comes equipped with pull handles for reverse sled drags and forward sled pulls. Reverse sled drags are the perfect tool for eliminating knee pain by pumping blood into the knees in a safe and scalable way to not only heal your body, but dramatically increase your athleticism and mobility over time. Reverse sled drags done with the knees over the toes are a safe exercise for all ages and abilities. Reverse sled drags and forward sled pulls enhance functional strength that will show not only on the court or field, but also in everyday life!

WEIGHTED SLED FOR ATHLETES - Many of the cheap weighted sleds on the market today are not strong enough to support larger athletes. With a 360 lb weight limit, The Tiny Tank is the perfect strength and conditioning tool for athletes. Many of the old school conditioning exercises used in team sports like basketball are outdated and leave the players knees and bodies feeling run down. Weighted sleds give you the perfect combination of both cardio and strength training in one, all while making your body more bulletproof instead of breaking it down. If you want to burn fat, build muscle, and improve your cardio all at the same time, The Tiny Tank is your answer!

50 LB TESTED TIB BLASTER - The Tib Blaster has been tested up to 50 lbs, and if you are repping over 50 lbs on your tib raises, you may have a new world record! Get the benefits of bilateral lower leg, ankle, and tibialis training with The Tib Blaster.

PERFECT TIB BAR FOR TIB RAISES- Tib Raises and the Tib Bar were popularized by Ben Patrick and the training system from the Athletic Truth Group. In Ben's programs, he coaches tibialis raises for increasing ankle strength and range of motion, becoming more athletic, and eliminating shin splints as well as knee pain. The Tib Blaster puts your tibialis and ankle through full plantar flexion so that you can get a better training stimulus than you can with body weight tibialis raises against a wall.

TIB BLASTER FOR OLYMPIC WEIGHTS - The Tib Blaster, and Tiny Tank in this starter kit are sized for Olympic 2" diameter hole plates and they can be used with both metal plates and rubber bumper plates. Weights Not Included.

A Dyadic Review: Baffling, Brilliant
Difficult. Rewarding. Serious. Hilarious. Wise. Faux-wise. Scholarly. Mock-scholarly. Observant. Absurdly, obsessively observant. Sharp characterizations. Ridiculous characters. Devout. Bawdy. Endearing. Frustrating. Genius. Barking mad. Narratively incoherent. Stream-of-consciousness associative. Consistently provincial. Profoundly universal. Mired in the 18th century. Harbinger of 20th century literary Modernism. Baffling. Brilliant Not for every taste. For my taste. And while I'm at it, let me give a shout-out for the out-of-print Norton critical edition, which provides many helps, essay avenues of understanding, and a clever chapter summary/table of contents. For so many years - since reading Moby Dick in grad school with the help of a Norton critical - this publication line has been my go-to for great texts: useful annotations, contemporary reviews, later scholarly articles, and more. And also let me give a shout-out to Anton Lesser, who narrated the complete novel for Naxos. I have never, ever experienced an audiobook as masterfully produced and narrated as Naxos' Tristram Shandy. No, it is simply not a book one can listen to and fully comprehend as heard. But one might read while listening, or listen while reading, with - if you have the riight software - the narration sped up closer to one's own reading speed, and experience the full majesty of Lesser's absolute preparation, with Latin, Greek, French, and German - as well as regional English - beautifully and humorously intoned, character voices carefully differentiated, tone and mood captured, etc. Or, as I do, go for a walk and listen as you walk, and afterward slip into a comfy chair, crack the novel open, and continue from where you left off, or backtrack if necessary to sort out the characters. In any event, and particularly for devotees of audio books, do find Anton Lesser's note-perfect reading, a veritable radio serial, perhaps the last book you'd expect anyone to attempt single-handedly, with My Father, My Uncle Toby, Corporal Trim, Parson Yorick, Doctor Slop, Widow Wadman, and all the rest of the supporting characters beautifully, consistently interpreted. Lesser is, in a galaxy of fine narrators, the greatest I've heard: an absolutely peerless voice actor in a most demanding work.

Brilliant stream of consciousness style, *extremely* humorous
"The Life and Opinions..." is perhaps impossible to really classify. It purports to be a biography of the fictional Tristram Shandy, but I don't think you can call something a biography when it only covers a year or so of the subject's life! I would say that more than half of the novel actually falls into the "Opinions" referred to in the title. The rest consists of short stories on Tristram's father, uncle, and a couple other minor characters. I have never in my life read so many digressions from the topic at hand, most of which were utterly irrelevant but the charm of it is that Sterne *knows* they're irrelevant, but mockingly expresses his license of authorship in forcing the reader to go off on these sidetracks. His attitude is: "If you can't wait a chapter or two to get back to the story, well, go take a flying leap, I'm the author." Sometimes the digressions are exasperating. Very unlike Victor Hugo's signature habit of digressing, say when a certain main character in Notre Dame decides to enter the Paris sewers, Hugo takes thirty or more pages to give a history of the design and construction of the Paris sewer system. At least Hugo's digressions have *something* to do with the story. Well, maybe that's the problem. There isn't a main story in this novel. It's not a storybook. There are many short stories nested within the main framework, but there is no real protagonist or overarching theme of any sort. Indeed, the end comes abruptly and there is absolutely no resolution of any conflict. It's not trying to teach anything, really. So what is it? I'm not sure. More a comedy than anything else. Right up there with Dickens' "Pickwick Papers" in terms of humor, but lacking the story. Maybe funnier than Dickens and just as clever. I was rolling in the aisles so many times I lost count. I read the Penguin edition, edited by Melvyn & Joan New. The back cover does a better job than I could ever do in providing a sense of what you're getting into when you pick this one up: "No one description will fit this strange, eccentric, endlessly complex masterpiece. It is a fiction about fiction-writing in which the invented world is as much infused with wit and genius as the theme of inventing it. It is a joyful celebration of the infinite possibilities of the art of fiction, and a wry demonstration of its limitations." It's a large work, it will take a while to work through. It's worth it. There are passages I want to go back to and make copies of to tape to the walls, they're that brilliant.

Interesting read, but takes some getting used to
I heard about this book on a blog, and figured I'd check it out. It's the rambling tale of a man determined to give you every last detail of everything that might be important to the narrative of his life. Unfortunately, he goes on tangets so often that he doesn't even get to his birth for several chapters, let alone the story of the rest of his life. Along the way, you're introduced to lots of random characters who are (at best) loosely related to the protagonist, but as often as not these tangents are fairly amusing. The writing is pretty dense, and this along with the tangents had me putting the book down fairly often. It's probably ideal for a commuting book, but I never wanted to just sit down and blitz through big chunks of it. Overall it's a very different kind of experience than a novel reader typically gets. It's worth a read for a change of pace, but I can't say it's a life-altering read.
