The polishing process for Rugged Ridge step is longer and deeper pulling out the deepest shine from the steel. A true deep polish! Rugged Ridge painted steel Tube Steps feature special E-coated, .07 inch wall steel that is thick source powder coated for a tough chip resistant finish. The special E-coat undercoating provides double rust protection as it bonds to the metal creating a protective layer found nowhere else. All Rugged Ridge Tube steps feature a truly custom fit with installation brackets constructed of durable 3/17 inch powder coated steel for long life and years of flex-free use. Each Tube Step Features special UV treated no-slip step pads with 5 mounting pins. These step pads are preinstalled on top of the tube, no exposed metal to rust. Wow this suit exceeded my expectations! The sizing chart was accurate and the fit was great. The material felt soft, smooth, and surprisingly high quality it honestly felt much more expensive than the price we paid. I also liked the ample amount of pockets inside the blazer.
