This is meaty, savoury and complex, with whole bunch characters, wild herb top notes, focused acidity and bramble and red cherry fruit. Complex, layered and bright.
Rall Red 2019 is made from a blend of Syrah (70%), Grenache (12%), Carignan (10%) and Cinsault (8%) grape varietals. Matured in old French oak for ten months before being bottled unfined and very lightly filtered and a further 18 months of bottle maturation before release.
