This specific joint is a 2 1/2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 1 1/4 in.-12 right hand threads on the shank, and a 2.625 in. mounting width offset ball with a .640 in. thru bolt hole. Update:
Amazon directed me to the company's website to deal with my issue of the broken paper towel holder. They responded on the same day and resolved my issue.
I would buy this product again but I recommend only picking it up from the base to be on the safe side.
Original Review:
My item became separated from the base two months after purchase and it won't screw back together, so it is useless. Amazon prompted me to reach out to Ivilon, so I did. The paper towel holder was very beautiful and seemed sturdy. I will update my review if Ivilon rectifies this matter. I recommend never picking it up from the top since it is a heavy item and with the potentially faulty connection between the pole and the base, you could easily break a toe if it comes apart!
