~Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) - Has long-standing use as a tea for its anti-inflammatory, anxiolytic effects (anxiety reducing/eliminating), and anti-oxidant properties due to the presence of a powerful enzyme that neutralizes free-radicals, Superoxide Dismutase (SOD).
