Polished Chrome is generally considered to suit modern/contemporary styles. However, this luxury screwless Polished Chrome 13A Unswitched Connection Unit Flex Outlet Blk Ins from Soho Lighting also complements period styles such as art deco, arts and crafts and other homes of distinction. It looks particularly striking when set against darker finishes, wood or panelling. The Finsbury collection is a popular choice for bathrooms and kitchens as it often harmonises with other polished chrome fittings, such as taps, towel rails or appliances.
What is a fused connection unit (FCU)?
FCUs are used to protect an appliance which develops a fault. Excessive electrical draw/leakage will blow (melt) the fuse first.
