The rope has a 5mm thick vinyl white cord. The medium 5-inch handle can help adults learn the basic skipping techniques. The skipping rope develops speed and freestyle tricks. The handles are easy to use and comfortable as they are made from PVC plastic. Each skipping rope is available in a variety of handle colours.
