Configured Industrial Unit – 15kW Electric Heat The FM-D-LH4825 is a front load hot air convection dryer engineered for controlled industrial drying applications. This configured unit features downward vertical airflow, digital temperature control, and heavy-duty stainless steel construction.

Chamber & Construction

Constructed from double-wall heli-arc welded T304 stainless steel with 1” high-temperature insulation, the drying chamber measures 25” (L-R) × 45” (H) × 30” (F-B).

A removable stainless steel grate serves as a basket rest rated for loads up to 200 lbs.

Control & Safety

The integrated control package includes illuminated switches for heat and blower, a safety interlock preventing heater operation without active airflow, and a high-temperature cutout that interrupts power above 250°F.

The standard cycle timer provides light tower status notification without shutting down the heater, preventing cooldown between loads.

Optional shutdown configuration available upon request.

• Custom Stainless Steel Baskets – Available in various sizes, mesh configurations, and load capacities based on part size, weight, and processing requirements.
• Side-Stream HEPA Filtration System – Optional side-stream HEPA filtration with dedicated blower and duct connection, providing approximately 300 CFM of filtered airflow and 99.9% efficiency at 0.3 microns.
