Overview Video
Watch a quick overview explaining everything that is included in the S&B Intake Elbow kit as well as how it benefits your 6.7 Cummins.
Rigorously Tested
We spent years engineering and refining our intake elbow to outperform everything else on the market. Using advanced CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations, rigorous flow bench testing of both 3D-printed and machined prototypes, and extensive on-road validation, our team perfected every detail. The result? Real-world performance, proven durability—and the highest-flowing 6.7 Cummins intake elbow available. The S&B Intake Elbow isn’t just better. It’s the best. Period.
Complete Kit
The S&B Intake Elbow comes complete with everything you need to prevent costly grid heater bolt failure while boosting the performance of your 6.7L Cummins. Installation is seamless, thanks to meticulous engineering that accounts for every detail. And with our step-by-step install video, you’ll have the confidence to get the job done right the first time.
Better Airflow
The S&B Intake Elbow is significantly larger than the stock elbow, reducing airflow restriction and increasing the volume of air reaching your engine. This improvement enhances turbocharger and engine efficiency, resulting in quicker throttle response, lower backpressure at the turbine, and reduced exhaust gas temperatures. Whether you're daily driving or towing heavy loads, the performance gains from the S&B Intake Elbow are noticeable.
Grid Heater Delete
The Billet S&B Grid Heater Delete Plate eliminates the factory grid heater, which is known for causing catastrophic engine failure. The OEM system uses two nuts that commonly loosen over time, potentially entering the combustion chamber and destroying the engine. S&B’s Grid Heater Delete Plate, paired with the S&B Intake Air Heater, replaces this failure-prone setup with a far more reliable coil-style heater. This design not only improves reliability but also reduces airflow restriction—resulting in a more dependable, better-performing engine.
