Their surface is covered with collages of colorful glass fragments, suggesting unexpected moments of surprise and the exuberant festive mood of celebrations. The colorful confetti elements are made of solid pigmented glass - a material commonly used to color molten glass during the glassblowing process. They have rock-like shapes that contrast with the otherwise softly shaped bodies of hand-blown glass. With their irregular edges, these fragments evoke the appearance of rough brush strokes, transforming the act of attaching them into a form of painting. Each piece is unique.
