Meet Our New Clean Ramen Noodle Flavors! 

Our Clean Ramen family has grown. Alongside our original Chicken Ramen, we’re excited to introduce Beef, Spicy, and Vegan—the same clean, allergy-friendly noodles you trust, now with more ways to enjoy them. You may notice a new name too: what was previously Organic Ramen Noodles is now Clean Ramen Noodles. Same product, same ingredients, same quality—just a name that better reflects our mission.

Driven by the overwhelming success of our Ramen Seasoning mixes, we felt inspired to complete our product line with our very own 12-pack of Clean Ramen Noodles ($2.33/ meal). Guided by our core principle of accessibility, we chose a noodle made with one nutritious, simple ingredient: Organic Brown Rice Flour. The choice ensures everyone, including those with food allergies or restrictions and health-conscious customers, can savor our delicious ramen. But we didn't stop there. We addressed some of the issues we noticed in others' bags.

Issue #1: Resealable bag. Other gluten-free ramen companies sell their products in a 12-pack, but once opened, unless you transfer your noodles into a ziplock bag, they just dry out. Our Ramen come with a convenient resealable bag, so you no longer need to worry about your cakes drying out and going stale.  

Issue #2: Individually sealed cakes. For years, I have been annoyed that when I open a bag of gluten-free ramen cakes, the bottom of the bag fills up with broken pieces from the individual cakes. To fix this, I worked with our co-packer to have each cake individually sealed so the freshness of our cakes lasted as long as possible and the bottom of our bags didn't fill up with breakage. 

Issue #3: Seasoning Packets. Some of our gluten-free competitors offer seasoning packets with their noodles, which is great, but I never cared for their flavors. The other thing I never liked was that the packets were loose inside the bag so that always caused me or my kids to dig through the pack, touching all of the cakes and causing more breakage of small pieces that just piled into the bottom of the bag. Because of these issues, we decided to seal each cake with an individual Ramen Seasoning packet on top. This way, if you or your kids want to pull out one cake and make it or take it to work, your individually sealed cake is protected from breaking up and causing a mess in your bag, and your seasoning is right there on top, easy to locate.
