ACL Race Series Big End Bearings are a proven reliability upgrade for the BMW S65 engine found in the E90, E92 and E93 M3. The factory bearings are known to wear prematurely, particularly on higher-revving or track-driven cars. ACL’s tri-metal motorsport construction offers exceptional fatigue strength, superior heat resistance and stable oil film control under sustained load.
These bearings are supplied in standard sizing, making them a direct replacement for the OE bearings during routine maintenance, preventative replacement or a full engine refresh. When paired with ARP connecting rod bolts, they form the most widely adopted and trusted bottom-end upgrade for the S65.
A must-have for owners looking to protect their engine and extend long-term durability.
