It is designed to withstand bad weather, thanks to the waterproof zips and a rain cover with reflective branding
The Samshield Icon Back Pack has been designed in conjunction with top competition riders and their grooms to be the ultimate practical show-ring accessory. The cleverly designed storage compartments are perfect for carrying all your gear at shows.
The backpack is made from 1200D coated polyester - a strong, resistant and waterproof fabric. It is designed to withstand bad weather, thanks to the waterproof zips and a rain cover with reflective branding that can completely cover the bag. This is stored in an invisible lower pocket.
The compression-moulded back ensures comfort during extended periods of wear, while the base is abrasion-resistant for durability.
The flexible, adjustable straps are comfortable to wear and also provide a removable case for your camera or phone.
A range of different compartments have been designed with riders in mind:
- Front mesh flap unzips to carry a riding hat.
- Two large inner compartments: a suitcase style section and a zipped mesh section designed for show gear or a pair of shoes.
- Side pocket for bottle or spray.
- Snap closure side pocket for studs, mints, plaiting bands etc.
- Large side pocket with waterproof zip closure for a laptop, tablet or passports.
- Elastic straps to carry a whip.
- Top pocket for coins, gloves, key etc.
- Eyewear pocket.
