From Burgundy's oldest wine house, established in 1720, comes this elegant Bourgogne Pinot Noir crafted by Maison Champy's experienced winemaker Dimitri Bazas. The vineyards, certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and farmed organically, benefit from the region's distinctive terroir of limestone-rich soils and cool continental climate that perfectly nurture Pinot Noir's delicate character. This bright ruby-hued wine enchants with intense aromas of small red fruits complemented by subtle woody notes from traditional barrel aging. The palate opens with a fresh, light attack featuring vibrant raspberry flavors that evolve across a supple, crisp structure, finishing with refined tannins that showcase the house's three centuries of winemaking expertise and commitment to Burgundian tradition.
