Top Quality Construction
BBK Jeep shorty headers are made from 1-1/2" CNC-machined mandrel bent tubing with 3/8" thick laser cut flanges. The large diameter primary tube design creates unrestricted exhaust flow for ultimate horsepower gains. Not only will these headers flow better than stock, they help address the poor scavenging performance that the factory cast iron manifolds are notorious for. These headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance.
Installation
These Jeep 4.0L shorty headers are designed as a direct bolt on for easy installation on your Wrangler, Cherokee or Grand Cherokee. For use with factory or any aftermarket catback exhaust. Kit includes new gaskets and all required hardware.
